I am an instructional designer, facilitator, and published author with over ten years of experience across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and nonprofit settings. I reduced onboarding time by 50% at Pebble Beach Resorts and have trained more than 3,000 professionals through Queer Edge Monterey. SOP

I approach SOP writing with the assumption that the person reading it may be encountering the procedure for the first time, under pressure, or without access to a trainer. That means every step is written to stand alone, edge cases and exceptions are documented rather than assumed, and nothing is left to interpretation. I have written thousands of SOPs across customer service, sales, software systems, management workflows, and administrative processes, for organizations ranging from a luxury resort to a nonprofit.

The collections below represent three of my largest bodies of work: a comprehensive SMS Host User Guide, a NAVIS User Guide, and a full procedural library for the Pebble Beach Resorts Reservations Department covering 10 distinct roles.

Job Aids

I select and build job aid formats based on how and when they will actually be used. The samples here span employee onboarding, operational protocols, event-specific scripting, and gender inclusivity content customized for legal and medical professionals.
