I am a designated ATD Master Instructional Designer, facilitator, and published author with over ten years of experience across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and nonprofit settings. I reduced onboarding time by 50% at Pebble Beach Resorts and have trained more than 3,000 professionals through Queer Edge Monterey. Each sample below is grounded in a real organizational need and selected to demonstrate both process and outcome.

Standard Operating Procedures

SOP

I write documentation scaled to the reader. Format, depth, and language vary by audience because a procedural guide for a new hire navigating a system for the first time looks nothing like a quick-reference card for an experienced supervisor. I have applied that principle across more than 1,000 SOPs spanning customer service, sales, software systems, management workflows, and administrative processes.

Job Aids

I design job aids for the moment they will actually be used, whether that is a new employee's first week, a fast-moving operational environment, or a professional reaching for a reference mid-conversation with a client. The samples here span employee onboarding, operational protocols, event-specific scripting, and gender inclusivity content developed for legal and medical professionals, in formats ranging from multi-page reference guides and tri-fold brochures to workshop handouts designed for active use during training.
